Candle Care Tips

 

1. Trim the Wick:

·       Always trim the wick to 1/4 inch (6mm) before lighting. This ensures a clean burn and prevents soot.

2. First Burn:

·       Allow the wax to melt across the entire surface on the first burn (about 1–2 hours). This prevents tunneling and maximizes burn time.

3. Burn Time:

·       Burn your candle for 1-4 hours at a time. Avoid burning for longer periods to maintain the fragrance and prevent overheating.

4. Stop at 1/2 Inch:

·       Stop using the candle when only 1/2 inch (12mm) of wax remains to avoid overheating the container.

5. Storage:

·       Keep your candles in a cool, dry place and out of direct sunlight to preserve the wax and fragrance quality.

 

Reed Diffuser Care Tips

 

1. Setting Up Your Diffuser:

·       Remove the cap and insert the reeds into the fragrance oil.

·       Let the reeds soak for about 10 minutes, then flip them to distribute the fragrance.

2. Reed Maintenance:

·       Flip the reeds once a week or when you notice the fragrance fading for a stronger scent throw.

·       Replace reeds every 1–3 months for optimal performance.

3. Placement:

·       Place the diffuser in a well-ventilated area but away from direct sunlight or drafts to ensure even scent distribution.

·       Avoid placing it near open windows to prevent rapid evaporation.

4. Fragrance Lifespan:

·       A 100ml diffuser lasts approximately 2–3 months, depending on the room size and airflow.

5. Cleaning:

·       Once the fragrance is finished, clean the bottle with warm, soapy water before refilling or reusing it as décor.
