Are your candles made from natural ingredients?
Yes, all our candles are handcrafted using 100% soy wax and blended with pure essential oils or premium phthalate-free fragrance oils.

How long do your candles burn?
Depending on the size, our candles offer an approximate burn time of 30 to 50 hours. For best results, always trim the wick before lighting.

Do your candles contain paraffin or toxins?
No, we do not use paraffin. Our candles are free from toxins, parabens, and harmful chemicals — offering a clean, eco-conscious burn.

Are your reed diffusers alcohol-free?
Yes. Our diffusers use an alcohol-free base that allows the fragrance to last longer while being safer for your home environment.

How long will the scent last?
Our reed diffusers typically last between 6 to 8 weeks, depending on room temperature and air circulation.

💍 Jewellery

Will the jewellery tarnish or fade over time?
No. Our jewellery is made with 316L stainless steel and finished with a high-quality PVD coating, making it non-tarnish, waterproof, and resistant to everyday wear.

Can I wear it in the shower or at the beach?
Yes! All Velvet Essence jewellery is designed for daily use, including exposure to water, sweat, and humidity.

Is it hypoallergenic?
Yes. Our pieces are nickel-free and generally safe for sensitive skin. However, we recommend a patch test if you have known allergies.

How do I take care of the jewellery?
Gently wipe with a soft cloth after wearing. Avoid direct contact with harsh chemicals or perfumes to preserve its shine.

Do you offer a warranty?
While we do not offer a formal warranty, if your jewellery arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to assist.

📦 Orders & Shipping

Where are you based?
We are proudly based in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and ship locally across the country.

How long does delivery take?
Standard orders within the UAE are typically delivered within 1–3 business days.

Do you offer same-day delivery?
Not at the moment. However, if you have an urgent request, feel free to message us — we'll do our best to accommodate.

Can I send my order as a gift?
Absolutely! All items come in gift-ready packaging. You can also include a custom gift note at checkout.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information.
