Please note that colours, textures, or scent intensity may vary slightly due to the handmade and natural nature of our products.
2. Orders & Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you have placed your order, we will notify you promptly and offer a suitable alternative or a refund.
For custom or corporate orders, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Production and delivery timelines will be clearly communicated at the time of order.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in AED and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment can be made through:

We reserve the right to update prices at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
4. Delivery
We deliver across the UAE via trusted courier partners. Delivery charges and timeframes will be calculated at checkout or confirmed for custom orders. Velvet Essence is not liable for delays caused by courier companies once the product has been dispatched.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products:

Candles and diffusers are non-returnable unless damaged in transit.

Jewellery is not eligible for return or exchange if worn, due to hygiene reasons.

For damaged or defective items, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order, along with clear photos. We will assess and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
