Velvet Essence offers handcrafted soy candles, essential oil diffusers, waterproof jewellery, and thoughtfully designed women’s apparel.
All products are subject to availability and may be updated or discontinued without prior notice.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Orders & Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability

  • We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities for any order

  • Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance; an order is considered accepted once it has been processed and dispatched or prepared for collection

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) unless stated otherwise

  • Prices are subject to change without notice

  • Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase

  • We accept secure payments through Shopify-supported payment gateways, Ziina, and other approved providers

  • Velvet Essence does not store your payment card details

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently deliver within the UAE

  • Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed

  • Velvet Essence is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order has been handed to the courier

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy.

6. Product Information & Accuracy

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However:

  • Colours may vary due to lighting and screen settings

  • Measurements may vary by ±1 cm due to manual measurement

  • Natural materials may show slight variations, which are not considered defects

Velvet Essence reserves the right to correct errors or omissions at any time.

7. Jewellery & Candle Disclaimers

Jewellery

  • Jewellery longevity depends on care, wear habits, and skin chemistry

  • Normal wear and tear are not considered a defect

  • Misuse, exposure to harsh chemicals, or improper care may affect the finish

Candles

  • Candles must be used according to provided safety instructions

  • Velvet Essence is not liable for damage, injury, or loss caused by misuse or failure to follow candle safety guidelines

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product names, and designs — is the property of Velvet Essence and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
