All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only. Local deliveries are handled by trusted courier partners.

Delivery Timeframe

Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders are delivered within a few business days. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to courier issues.

Shipping Fees

• Standard Delivery (within UAE): AED 20

• Free Delivery on orders AED 200 and above

Weather-Sensitive Products

Our soy candles are sensitive to heat. During warmer months, we take extra care in packaging. We recommend prompt collection or receipt of your order to ensure product quality.

Missed Deliveries & Rescheduling

If you miss a delivery, the courier will contact you to reschedule. Orders not received or claimed within 7 days may be returned to us.
